Started cooking at the age of 14. His Meme, or grandmother was his first influence in the kitchen. She had 17 children whome she provided home cooked meals for daily. Food and family was a large part of everything they did and still is today. It shaped WickedChefBoston into the passionate and wildly original chef he is.
He went to Bristol Plymouth Vocational High School in Taunton where he learned the basics of the kitchen. He then went to Johnson and Wales and after college he spent six years with Mariott Hotels preparing menus, organizing staff and of course, cooking. After the Mariott, WickedChefBoston went onto spend almost a decade with the Boston staple, Legal Seafoods. And from there, he joined
Tastes on the Fly as an Ex. Chef, eventually becoming the General Manager for multiple units at Logan Airport.
He was working 90+ hours a week travelling all across the country while honing his skills. But throughout his career, WickedChefBoston never lost touch with what brought him to cooking. His family. He decided he wanted more time with his four children and his incredibly talented wife who is in recovery from breast cancer. Which is why we are now blessed to have him on our staff. Leaving the fast paced, hectic life of an executive chef behind, he always looks forward to the adventure of life in the now.
